Grace

I don't pretend to be perfect or to be a super Christian because I know that my life lacks so much. But I have been so encouraged lately by our Pastor who is preaching through the book of John on Sunday mornings. Last Sunday he preached on our Worship toward God. It taught me that I really need to search my heart when worshipping Jesus.

I found that I am really feed spiritually when I surround myself with things that draw me close to God. I am loving a great resource that I encourage everybody to check out, it's called One Place. You can log onto the website (
www.oneplace.com) and listen to great bible preachers and teachers. Right now I am listening to Dr. David Jeremiah. He is probably one of my favorite preachers. He is preaching on The Compelling Prospect of Grace. WOW! I am so not deserving of God's Grace but he has extended Grace to me regardless of my life or the sin therein.

For some reason the last couple of days I have been so anxious for this coming Sunday (March 26th) when we can get back in the series in John that Pastor Steve is preaching on. I want to encourage you to seek God this week. Take a minute and just praise Him for who he is and for the Grace that he has given you. If you're alive and breathing God's extended you Grace. If your not a Christian he is extending you Grace right now to find him.

I just read your entire blog....way cool!!!!!!!! How was the Greene's concert? How was the wedding? Are you recovered yet from your Chicago trip? Didn't you learn your colors in Kindergarten so you could get around the Chicago train system without so much trouble...that will be a fun memory to laugh about for years, but I'm sure it was skeery at the time. Miss you guys so much. Can't wait to check back into your blod. Love ya bunches!
