I know...I know -- It's been a while!

So I have heard from my mother-in-law, my wife and others that I hadn't updated the blog in awhile. I am getting older and I am going to use the excuse that I FORGOT! That's the best excuse that I come up with. Anyway tonight we were over at John and Peggy Stone's house for dinner with them and our friends Holly & Brad Kemp, Kevin & Renae Waters and Stacey & Dana Murphy and their boys. Stacey was the owner and lead singer for the Journeymen Quartet to which Brad was their piano player for some 7 years (I think that's right). Stacey and his family were in town this week visiting so we all got together to for a few hours. Well as I am walking through the door the first thing that Mrs. Peggy says to me is "you haven't updated the blog in a long time." So I knew that I was in trouble and had better get in here to update. So I thought that I would give Peggy & Holly the credit for getting me in here to update.

Thanks John and Peggy for the wonderful meal tonight! Thanks to my best buddies Brad & Stacey for entertaining us tonight with all the vintage quartet videos. I have male quartet fever after tonight!
