Conflict with the Leaves

Why do leaves have to fall from their branches onto my beautiful yard? I understand that it is necessary for the changing of the seasons but I really don't like cleaning them up. Here are some pictures from battle with the evil leaves...yours truly spent 2 1/2 hours with a leaf blower and still didn't get all of my yard done. I hate admitting defeat but those leaves fight a hard battle. I guess I will go round two with them next weekend...(maybe!) LOL!!
