Christmas has come and gone and New Years is on the way!

I know that it has been forever since my last post. Things have been extremely busy here around the Goering home. We spent Christmas with Adrienne's family this year. We spent Christmas weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning) in Bella Vista, AR with Adrienne's mom and her extended family then Sunday evening and Monday we were in Ft. Scott, KS with Adrienne's dads family.

BABY NEWS!! We are approaching the end of the first trimester for our baby. We are a little over 13 weeks into the pregnancy. Baby and Momma seem to be doing fine. We have our next Dr.'s appointment a week from today.

2007 promises to be an exciting one with the addition of our baby. I can't believe that I am going to be a daddy. Think about that for a minute!! I guess you can put our baby on your prayer list at church since it will have ME for a parent! Poor thing! LOL!!!

I am excited to kick off 2007 with two speaking events...
Monday, January 1 at 1:30 PM I will emcee a concert with the award winning family the MIKE BOWLING GROUP from Nashville, TN. The concert will take place at the 1st Christian Church in Kearney, MO. Sunday, January 14 at 10:30 AM & 6:00 PM I will be preaching from the pulpit of Calvary Baptist Church in DeSoto, Iowa. It is always a treat for Adrienne and I to travel to this wonderful church and to spend the day with Pastor Lonnie Koons and his wife Roxanne.
