I wanted to assure everyone that we haven't fallen off the face of the earth. We have been busy lately...I am working two jobs and since I am the "author" for this blog it takes me awhile to get to the computer to lay out some thoughts!
Everyone is doing fine. We went Sunday to my Grandparents who live in North Kansas City. We attended church with them on Sunday morning and then Grandma fixed a delicious meal.
Some of you may not know this about me but I LOVE politics...I think that we all know which party I support! LOL ... Anyway I have always loved reading biographies on presidents and different politicians. (Someday when Adrienne and I are"older" I would love to visit the different Presidential libraries and historical sites.) I love it when election time draws near to watch the debates. It's like watching the Super Bowl to me! Anyway we are less then a month away from mid term elections! I was watching Meet the Press on Sunday morning (which by the way is my FAVORITE show) and saw Missouri senator Jim Talent (R) and Missouri State Auditor (D) Claire McCaskill have a debate. I think that it's going to be a close race for the folks of Missouri. It was an interesting debate needless to say.
Well I guess that's all for now...I am going to go and take a shower and then spend some time with my bride of almost 3 years! Can you believe it? Three years! I am so blessed!
